We’ve all felt the shift.
(you know the one)
It’s harder than ever to get in front of new folks (absolutely feel free to blame the algorithm for that) and when you do, keeping their attention in a way that gets folks to keep reaching out or otherwise connecting with you feels even harder–because what you should lead with to draw them in keeps shifting.
So, how do we talk about what we do in a way that makes people get it, want it and want to buy into it even with the escalating concerns of their daily lives?
“Chloé is one of the most important voices of our time on the science of influence and visibility.”
-Pamela Slim
How do we equip people to buy, support, care, now?
We frame your work in the right light. That’s exactly what I designed the Market Lenses for. They’re part of a simple framework that’s codified how trust and attention shift as circumstances do. And I want to use them to help you frame your work so it matters to the right people, right now.
Enter The Matters Most Analysis
(instant clarity on what matters most)
The Matters Most Analysis™ (MMA) is a tailored, immediately implementable platform audit. In it, we’ll apply behavioral psychology and the Market Lens™ Framework to one memorable asset (think elevator pitches and web pages—any piece of work that points people towards your ideas).
You’ll get instant clarity—in real time—on how trust and perception shape the way your work lands, and what small shifts will make it matter more. Then you’ll leave with a repeatable method you can use anywhere, anytime.
“The best part? Chloé really breaks down communication into its science-y parts but brings it together in a cohesive manner...I’ve locked in an estimated $30K of new business due to the narratives we outlined since our session a few weeks ago.”
“We got instant credibility in the marketplace after working with Chloé. And now, less than a year after our time with her, our products are being distributed nationally and we’re being endorsed by some very big deal people.”
-Stefan Freeman
“Details now please?”
We thought you’d never ask :)
This is an invitation for underrecognized stewards of the public good—mid-to-senior executives and practitioner-intellectuals who want their work recognized, their influence felt, and their ideas adopted at scale. Double yes if you feel like you used to know how to get buy-in, and the current climate has made the path to trust and influence frustratingly opaque.
1) The Session: You’ll have me and my brain all to yourself in this supportive, strategically structured 1-1 virtual session.
- First we'll pinpoint where people are most ready to buy into your work, right now-- with a Matters Most Analysis™.
- Then we'll audit 1 piece of messaging or communications (think elevator pitches and words on a web page) so it better gains, maintains and translates attention.
- Finally we’ll build guardrails you can apply to all your work moving forward. Guardrails that shift as people's trust and perceptions do, so you're ready to adapt to every scenario. Even these troubled times.
“I trust that what I'm putting out there makes sense and will land how I want it to land. Being able to more clearly communicate with the people I most want to serve is absolute gold. Thank You.”

Right, but who the heck are you?
Oh hey!
I’m N. Chloé, the brand scientist and the director of NobiWorks, a brand visibility consultancy rooted in behavioral psychology. I’ve advised everyone from small island nations and the first refugee delegation to the UN to small, black owned mom and pop shops. And all of them were socially innovative brands ready to give the status quo a good shove. That mom and pop shop? Brad Pitt’s now a fan. That small island nation? The coalition of countries they formed got kudos from President Obama at the COP26 conference. Can I promise these results? No. But I can promise that the same methods I developed as an international conflict mediator–the very same methods I used with these clients–are what I will bring to bear in our engagement.
What’s Brand Science?
Great question! It’s the study of brands and the ways in which they can shape human behavior. More specifically, it's a little bit psychology, a little bit behavioral science, a little bit sociology. It takes a systematic understanding of human behavior, adds an equity lens and asks, “how do we turn brands into living legacies?”
How do I know this is for me?
Well, if any of the following are true…
You’ve sworn to yourself this is the last time someone will say, “Actually, we need someone who does [insert the exact thing you do here]” to your face.
You have a non dominant social identity (AFAB [assigned female at birth], POC, queer, etc)
You’ve decided now is the time to give your body of work the best possible chance
When you’re given permission to acknowledge your past wins (go ahead!) you see there’s momentum to leverage
Your vision is clear and somewhat established. You already have something to tweak OR you already understand your people well enough to know their goals.
You’re getting far more nos than you’re used to or comfortable with. Maybe it's the sponsorships for that summit you're planning, maybe it's pitches for that publication you’ve been eyeing.
Your unwavering commitment doesn't necessarily come from discipline. It comes from devotion to your vision–regardless of the situation around you.
You recognize the value of a partner who will call you on your stuff–in love.
You’ve tried all the marketing techniques and/or public relations just can’t seem to get more traction
“Every other brand person I’ve ever worked with tried to put us in a box. With Chloé it feels like we’re making our own box.”
