A Court of Ideas, Insight, and Influence
What is Curia?
In ancient Rome, a curia was the court where decisions were shaped and debated by those closest to power. Today, it’s your place to step outside the day-to-day and enter a space designed for clear thinking, catalytic dialogue, and insight into what’s actually working for leaders like you.
Curia is not a webinar. It’s not a panel with a Q&A tacked on at the end. It’s a space where decision-makers share what’s working, what’s not, and what’s about to change.
There are two formats, both by invitation only:
1) Curia: What's Working Now
A guided panel + roundtable hybrid
You’ll share the table with 3–4 sector leaders with hard-won insights on “what’s working now” in a specific domain (e.g., fundraising in a post-viral moment, building influence without burnout, winning mindshare in saturated conversations). Then, we move into a guided roundtable where attendees connect the dots to their own work.
This is for you if:
You’re looking to shortcut trial and error with tested ideas.
You want to keep your edge without attending 12 events a year.
You need a focused space to benchmark your org’s progress against peers.
2) Curia: The Council
Peer-led. Tactically guided. Quietly brilliant.
A 75-minute session where a curated group of leaders explores a shared challenge. Each roundtable is carefully framed and lightly facilitated to ensure both tactical insight and strategic clarity.
No PowerPoints. No ego. Just the right people in the room with the right prompt at the right time.
This is for you if:
You’re making visibility and influence a strategic priority.
You need a sounding board of equally ambitious peers.
You want sharp insight from people who’ve done more than just read the latest playbook.
“Attending a Curia is a surefire shortcut to getting in the rooms where it happens. In minutes, I forged high-value relationships with world-class leaders that generated ongoing insights, opportunities, and applicable strategies I could put to work in the programs I run. Want to know what Chloé means when she says she knows how to engineer influence? Do what it takes to get an invite to Curia. You’ll see it in action—while reaping the benefits yourself. ”
You’ve either taken the Visibility Stages Assessment or someone we trust thinks your voice belongs in this room. These gatherings are not open to the public. We keep them small, sharp, and off-the-record—because some conversations are too important to have in public.
“Chloé has created something rare—a peer space that’s both deeply strategic and profoundly nourishing. It’s not just a roundtable. In a time when clarity and influence are everything, this is the room that sharpens both.”
-Deepa Purushothaman, Author of The First, the Few, the Only and Co-founder, nFormation
"I've seen how dedicated Chloé is to understanding and sharing the science of what it takes to truly be seen, first hand. She really is the Brand Scientist. She's a deep resource for leaders doing work that matters."
— Rai-mon Nemar Barnes, CEO of Consciously
“Chloé is one of the most important voices of our time on the science of influence and visibility.”
-Pamela Slim, Author of The Widest Net

Reciprocity release: All kidding aside, reciprocity is a real concern for underrecognized folks. As I shared in a recent podcast, reciprocity is a privilege and it, like visibility, doesn’t work the same for us. So, when I do something at no charge, I ensure I am adequately compensated in other ways. In the case of the Curia, hearing your questions allows me to suss out new visibility biases and new dimensions of the Invisibility Tax.
