The Empowering Through Beauty Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization for women and girls. ETBF provides counsel and programming with the sole purpose of reclaiming beauty for and with women and mobilizing beauty industry professionals to do the same.

The chief challenge with this project was combining the sartorical style necessary for the brand with the calming, restorative quality required of its function. Additionally, this all needed to be expressed in a mark befitting a foundation with a highly dignified purpose. To accomplish this, our research suggested (among other things) that we keep the color relationship of the palette complementary and the intensity differential of those colors dynamic.
